Restoring a Bitcoin Wallet

I have never done this. Is there an FAQ or a step by step instruction guide somewhere? My HDD died, I do have a copy of my wallet database (pretty sure it's current). Any help would be really appreciated.

If I have private keys but not seed phrase, can I restore by Bitcoin wallet?

A seed phrase is just one way to restore the Bitcoin wallet but if you already have the private key, then you have, as the term “private key” suggests, the means to unlock your Bitcoin and access/manipulate it.
Many ways you can do this, and Bitamp and Electrum wallets are just 2 easy ways to use a private key to use your Bitcoin (they’re both free and open source and are self-custodial meaning to say only you have control). For both, simply choose to login or open a wallet, and choose the “private key” option.

Why restoring wallet on monerujo is so slow?

Hi. I am restoring my existing MyMonero wallet and it has been almost 2 days. My Android system keep terminating Monerujo, perhaps because it ran too long and use excessive power while restoring. 3GB of data already downloaded but it still have 100k blocks to scan. Can I somehow speed it up? Having this on each restore is quite a pain tbh. I already specify restore height to the 1st transaction made on my account. What else cannI do?
Or is it because Monero system is like this? Restoring my bitcoin wallet took seconds, can't monero do the same?
Thanks
Edit: It is completed now. Hope I don't have to redo it again in the future😅

Restoring Ledger Bitcoin Wallet

I'd like to restore my bitcoin wallet from my master seed because I lost my Ledger Nano S. Most wallets I tried so far didn't work for this, including Mycelium, Jaxx, Electrum... Can someone PLEASE let me know how to proceed as I'm starting to panic here. Thanks so much in advance

Couple of questions about the 24-word seed

1) can my Trezor 24 word seed restore my bitcoin wallet as well as other wallets (Eth, ERC20 tokens, LTC etc)?
2) can my Trezor 24 word seed be used to restore my wallets (BTC and other) on a non Trezor wallet (ie. Ledger S)? Can I use the 24 word seed from a Ledger S on my Trezor?
3) what would happen if I try to restore using my 24 word seed and that new wallet does not support a certain asset that I have in my wallet. For example Ledger supports Via but Trezor does not currently. If I try to restore from a Ledger 24word what would happen to my Via?
This final question is more of an academic question
What would happen if I get a new Trezor and use the 24 word seed on it and don't wipe my first Trezor. Is having the same wallet linked to 2 devices even possible?

Restoring Mycelium wallet in Electrum

Hi fellow bitcoiners!
So I just tried out if I can restore a bitcoin wallet from passphrase created in Mycelium in other apps. I already restored it in Coinomi with success, but when I write my 12 words into Electrum (in Android, under "Standard wallet" > "I already have a seed" option), the Next button will not be active, like it's still waiting for input of something.
Can you help me out in this matter?
Thanks in advance!

Hmm, I am not sure if this will help, but I had a similar situation with a Trezor Wallet. I entered the keywords and the balance showed zero. I was in full blown panic and tried restoring the wallet using every possible way my "clever" self might have jumbled the written order, but nothing. At some point, however, I decided to try the first sequence of words again and when prompted to enter a password for the "new" wallet, I entered the same one I used before, and lo and behold, my wallet was back.
You probably checked this already, but no harm: [link]1
