How do ancaps solve the Berwick problem?

Jeff Berwick is the notorious scammer that preys on other ancaps and feudalists. His con resume includes Bitcoin ATMs, Galt’s Gulch Chile, and his bread and butter, the Passport scam.
Some people "got the word out" but that hasn't stopped Berwick from profiting off pilfering. The problem is, if we lived in Ancapistan, Berwick would be able to keep up the kelpto until he had enough resources to turn Ancapistan into Soviet Ancapistan.
What I want to know from you ancaps is how Berwick would be stopped from scamming if he could be stopped from scamming and why he wasn't stopped from scamming from his fellow feaudalists already?
Edit: Grammar

CSW & CoinGeek become the #1 BCH miner, and immediately start threatening BCH developers, telling them they're not special, they need to know their place, or they'll be replaced.

CSW is backed by Calvin Ayre / CoinGeek.com
Craig Wright, the Australian computer scientist who made the Satoshi claim, has the backing of Calvin Ayre, a wealthy Canadian entrepreneur, according to people close to Wright and documents reviewed by Reuters.
https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/bitcoin-wright-patents/
CSW has clashed with BCH developers Amaury Sechet (Bitcoin ABC) and Peter Rizun (Bitcoin Unlimited). Amaury Sechet basically created Bitcoin Cash, by writing the code for the August 1, 2017 BCH hard fork.
CSW / Calvin Ayre / CoinGeek have now become the #1 BCH miner.
With his newfound hashing power, CSW is now threatening BCH developers, telling them they're not special, they need to know their place, or they'll be replaced.
Dr Craig S Wright : Time to learn. Devs work for miners. If they don't want to, they can find a job. If they do not understand that bitcoin is hashpower, we will fund OTHERS who do.

Dr Craig S Wright : MINERS are bitcoin. Time the Devs learn! Devs are EASY to replace. It takes money. We have it. never think you are special as a dev. If you create a business, you have something. If you support, you are supporting miners.

Maybe related: A month ago, Vin Armani (CoinText.io) asked CSW some questions about CSW's proposals which could split the BCH chain, and CSW called Vin a "lying scum", and blocked him on Twitter.
CSW is a real classy guy, going to poor African countries, and insulting the crowd by saying that he has more money than their whole country. (at the 1.49 mark)
Many of us did warn that CSW (Fake Satoshi) was an unrepentant fraudster, who shouldn't be trusted or promoted by the BCH community.
As Rick Falkvinge notes, the BCH community didn't learn its lesson from the Blockstream takeover of Bitcoin BTC.
There's a growing divide between CSW and many important BCH people.
Libertarian-oriented projects often fail, because idealists want to embrace everyone in the spirit of freedom & openness. Unfortunately, it just takes one bad actor to ruin everything.

I can't even login to BitInstant...?! Anyone else experiencing this? [xpost from /r/bitinstant]

I was invited to create an account when the new site was still in beta. After doing so, I was able to login a number of times. Today I wanted to ignore all the crying children deriding my favorite means of acquiring btc, and login to the new site to make a buy. I can't even login. I'm using the same info I've used before when I successfully logged in. I tried to process the transaction as a guest, but I get bounced because my personal info is used in an "already existing account". The site then invites me to login to process my transaction, but of course I cannot login. I submitted a support ticket, but I'm sure the huge backlog of moaning groaning trolls trolling them will prevent my relatively minor issue from getting any attention. I really wish I could just make a <$500 buy as a guest regardless of having an account (one I cannot get into...).
I thought for sure my usually apt patience would not crack, especially when it comes to my favorite bitcoin startup, but this little thing is starting to broach my threshold. Maybe because I'm generally perturbed by the willingness of many bitcoin big boys to lick the boots of regulators, which I find so aggravating...smdh
They have guns, I know. I get it. Still...
One way ticket to Galt's Gulch Chile, please.
